GEPRC offers a 15-day return policy for all unopened new devices. Refunds will be deducted from shipping costs. Any discrepancy between a GEPRC order and the shipped product/quantity must be reported to GEPRC within 5 days of delivery. All shipping materials must be retained. The product(s) that you want to return must be in unused condition. The return request will be refused if the product(s) has been used. Once approved for a return, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs to send the product(s) safely and securely to GEPRC. GEPRC is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged during transit. If the returned product(s) are determined under GEPRC’s sole discretion to have been opened, used, damaged, or missing accessories/packaging, then no refund will issue and the customer will be responsible for any further shipping costs if requesting the product(s) back.

For shipping, GEPRC offers free standard shipping for orders over $99 for GEPRC’s own branded products. Most of the other brands’ products will be charged a certain amount of shipping fees. All batteries will be charged for shipping fees. Most of the time they will be shipped separately if your order contains other products, because of the regulation of shipping company for batteries. All orders will be processed within 3 workdays after payment settlement. The parcels won’t be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If they are experiencing a large quantities of orders or some products are out of stock, shipment may be delayed for several days. They provide three shipping methods: Standard Shipping, Express Shipping (including DHL / FedEx / UPS), and Battery Special Line Express. 10. If GEPRC sends the wrong product(s) to you, please open a Support Ticket or send an email to support@geprc.com within 14 days, they will help you to solve it out. Please make sure the wrong product should be unused. GEPRC will resend the right product(s) to you after receiving the package you return.
11. For returns, please allow 3-5 business days for processing once your order arrives at their facility. Items requiring extensive testing could take up to 7-14 business days.
12. Products not specifically listed, such as; antennas, monitors, hardware, and general accessories are covered by a 30-day manufacture defect warranty. If a problem occurs from a defect in the product an exchange or store discount code will be issued.
13. All flight controllers (FC), electronic speed controllers (ESC), video transmitters (VTX), power distribution boards (PDB), and similar electronic components are covered under a 15-day GEPRC warranty. These items are covered in the event of a manufacturer defect. This policy does not cover any of the following: user error, damage to the components upon install/dismantle, modifications, power surges, electrical fire, or water damage.
14. FPV cameras are covered by a 30-day manufacturer defect warranty.
